You may order by any of the
following methods: Special orders are welcomed. Email or call and we will tell you if your request is within our capability. Extra time must be allowed for special orders, usually 8 - 10 weeks. See further info on FAQ page. Because of circumstances beyond our control, this does happen. Back orders will be shipped as soon as available. On the order form, specify if you will accept backorders. Shipping and handling charges will apply. If you prefer, we will hold your order until all pieces are ready and ship them at the same time. Prices are subject to change without notice. We ship by USPS priority mail or parcel post, and we ship to U.S. addresses only. Actual shipping fees will be charged based on the shipping weight of the package and destination. When sending payment, please include enough to cover shipping. We will reimburse you the difference between your payment and the actual cost. We will give you a shipping quote if you desire or you may estimate shipping by visiting USPS online. Shipping quotes are estimates only. If the exact amount is greater than the quote, you will be responsible for the excess. Shipping may be estimated by adding up the shipping weights of each item ordered. To figure USPS shipping, check "Calculate Postage" at www.USPS.com . Enter 83851 as originating zip code, your zip code as the destination, and the total estimated shipping weight. Then click "continue" to figure your insurance. Handling fees are 8% of the dollar value of your order or a minimum of $5.00, whichever is greater.
Back to top Packages shipped via USPS do not automatically include insurance. These packages will be insured and the amount added to the cost of the shipping. We will pack your order well for shipping, but cannot guarantee safe arrival of uninsured goods. Sales tax of 6% on the cost of goods will be charged to Idaho residents. Payment may be made by money order or personal check. Packages and goods should be inspected as soon as possible after receiving them. Claims for items damaged in transit should be turned in to the shipper, not Wildwood Pottery. Any shortage should be reported to Wildwood Pottery immediately. A return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item. Call Wildwood Pottery at (208) 686-1041 before shipping. A return due to our error will be accepted. Otherwise, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged. No returns of personalized items or custom orders will be accepted. Returns must be undamaged and in saleable condition. Please pack well and insure your package. We guarantee that your order will be packed well for shipping and will leave our hands in good condition. No other warranty is given. |
