1.  Place an order 

    By phone at (208) 659-3670:  If we are unable to answer, please leave your name, phone number, and brief message, and we will return your call.

    By visiting us at our studio:   Hours by appointment; please call first.

If we have your item in stock, we will ship as soon as we receive payment, about 4 weeks or less.

If we do not have your item in stock, we will ship as soon as it is cooled off from the kiln and we have received payment.  Please allow 8 - 10 weeks.


2.  Special orders

Special orders are welcomed.  Email or call and we will tell you if your request is within our capability.  Extra time must be allowed for special orders, usually 10 - 12 weeks, or longer if the piece is one we haven't done before. 

3.  Backorders

Because of circumstances beyond our control, this does happen.  Back orders will be shipped as soon as available.  On the order form, specify if you will accept backorders.  Shipping and handling charges will apply.  If you prefer, we will hold your order until all pieces are ready and ship them at the same time.

4.  Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice.

5.  Shipping and handling charges

We ship to U.S. addresses only.  Shipping will be through by USPS Priority Mail unless another shipper is requested.  Actual shipping fees will be charged, based on USPS shipping charges.  When sending payment, please include enough to cover shipping.  We will reimburse you any difference between your payment and the actual cost.

Handling fees are 10% of the dollar value of your order or a minimum of $5.00, whichever is greater. 


6.  Insurance

Packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail include $50 insurance with most shipments.  If your order total is more than $50, please consider adding insurance to cover the total value.  We will pack your order well for shipping, but cannot guarantee safe arrival of uninsured goods.

7.  Sales tax

Sales tax of 6% on the cost of goods will be charged to Idaho residents. 
 

8.  Payment

Payment may be made by money order or personal check or credit card when available.

9.  Damages and shortages

Your pottery should be inspected as soon as possible after your shipment.  Claims for items damaged in transit should be turned in to the shipper, not Wildwood Pottery.  Any shortage should be reported to Wildwood Pottery immediately.

10.  Returns

A return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.  Call Wildwood Pottery at (208) 659-3670 before shipping.  A return due to our error will be accepted.  Otherwise, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.  No returns of personalized items or custom orders will be accepted.  Returns must be undamaged and in saleable condition.  Please pack well and insure your package.

11.  Warranty

We guarantee that your order will be packed well for shipping and will leave our hands in good condition.  No other warranty is given.
